There are great homes and there are great pets, but not every home is a great for every pet.

Our goal is to find homes that meet the individual needs of our rescued pets.

Interested in Adopting ?

Our adoption process starts with completion of our adoption application. You can complete and submit online (preferred) or download and email to info@zffa.org or FAX to 888-878-0484 After review of your application, we will arrange to introduce the pet to you.

After a successful meeting, we complete a home check and introduce the pet to any pets and all human members of the adopting family.

Adoption is completed with the final paperwork and payment of an adoption fee.

As we usually receive multiple inquiries for each pet , completion of application and home visits does not guarantee placement

I understand that completion of application does not guarantee adoption. I understand that a home visit is required prior to final placement. I am willing to pay an adoption fee of $400. (This donation will go to help rescue, provide medical care, spay and neuter, board and place other abandoned ZFFA rescue pets.) ZFFA reserves the right to refuse adoption to any applicant for any reason. This questionnaire becomes part of our contract. I agree to have my dog attend training classes or a personal trainer if recommended by ZFFA.
